Lab Technician CAR-T

We are looking for a Lab Technician to join one of our research teams in Pittsburgh, PA. 

Your role

As a member of our research team, you contribute to the technical input of the assigned project and provide technical expertise in cellular assays and biochemical readouts to the project team.

• You conduct assays under the supervision of senior team members to obtain the scientific data required in accordance with the project timelines.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the results, analysis of the conformity of the data, identification of gaps and implementation of corrective measures.

• You perform first-line trouble shooting independently and identify points of improvement.

Who are you?

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field.

• Prior lab or industry experience is required (internships also qualify).

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Organized and accurate in your work but also flexible towards changing plans.

• Able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Stress resistant in our highly dynamic environment.

• Desire to learn new concepts and experimental procedures, how to solve complex problems with limited information.

• Based in the Pittsburgh area as this is an on-site, lab-based position.

Base compensation for this position ranges from $53,200 to $79,800. Actual base compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge, demonstrated skills and geographic location. The company reserves the right to modify base salary ranges at any time.
