Scope of the job

As Senior Clinical Development Scientist, you join our Clinical Development team. You will be part of our growing team, and will use your methodological, analytical and scientific expertise to develop smart study designs in different phases of clinical development. You will have a key role in study design, protocol writing, statistical analysis plan development, data cleaning, interpreting study results for data-driven decision making, and writing of clinical study reports. To best achieve this you will keep up to date with conference updates and literature publications. You will work in close collaboration with Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Data Management, and Translational Science, as well as other stakeholders, to ensure the right data is collected with the right study set up and the right analysis performed.

As an experienced professional with a complete understanding of the field of clinical research you will be instrumental in development of our clinical program with novel CAR-T therapies in multiple (hemato-)oncological indications towards clinical trials and regulatory approval.
